Do guests need an account?

No. Guests open the event link or scan the QR code and search their name.

Do I have to assign specific seat numbers?

No. Seat numbers are optional. Guests can be assigned to a table only.

Can guests see where their table is located?

Yes. Organizers can upload a seating plan and pin each table so SeatHere can visually highlight the guest's assigned location.

How long is event data stored?

Event data is automatically scheduled for deletion 30 days after the event date.

How many guests does SeatHere Free support?
