By accessing or using SeatHere, you agree to these Terms of Use and the SeatHere Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

SeatHere provides tools that help event organizers manage seating information and allow guests to look up their assigned table or seat.

Features may include event creation, guest lists, table assignments, seating-plan uploads, table mapping, guest lookup, and QR code sharing.

SeatHere may change, improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

Some SeatHere features require an organizer account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account and should notify SeatHere if you believe your account has been compromised.

Event organizers are responsible for the information they upload, enter, or otherwise provide to SeatHere.

You should only provide guest information that you are permitted to use for the event and that is reasonably necessary for seating purposes.

Guests do not need a SeatHere account to use a published event page and search for their seating assignment.

Guest-facing access is intended solely for legitimate event seating lookup. You must not use SeatHere to systematically collect, scrape, enumerate, or attempt to discover information about other guests.

You may not use SeatHere in a way that harms the service, other users, or third parties.

SeatHere may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other users.

SeatHere may apply reasonable limits to events, guests, uploads, storage, requests, or other service resources in order to maintain reliability and sustainability.

Current limits may be displayed within the application and may change over time.

Attempts to evade or bypass service limits may result in restricted access.

Event-related data is scheduled for automatic deletion 30 days after the event date.

Organizers are responsible for keeping any information they need outside SeatHere before the retention period expires.

Once an event has passed, its date may be restricted from being moved forward in order to preserve SeatHere's retention policy.

You retain responsibility for seating plans, guest information, event names, and other content you provide to SeatHere.

By uploading content, you give SeatHere the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, resize, convert, or otherwise handle that content solely for operating the service.

You should not upload content that infringes another person's rights or that you do not have permission to use.

SeatHere's software, branding, visual design, documentation, and original service materials remain the property of SeatHere or their respective rights holders.

These terms do not grant you ownership of the SeatHere platform, source code, trademarks, or branding.

SeatHere may provide an option to make an optional financial contribution to support hosting and continued development.

Contributions are voluntary and are processed through external payment platforms. SeatHere does not directly store payment-card or banking credentials.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated by the payment platform, voluntary contributions should not be treated as purchasing ownership, investment rights, guaranteed future features, or special control over SeatHere.

SeatHere aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Events may be affected by internet outages, hosting problems, third-party service interruptions, software errors, maintenance, device compatibility, or circumstances beyond SeatHere's control.

SeatHere is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SeatHere does not guarantee that every lookup, seating assignment, uploaded plan, or other piece of information will always be accurate, available, complete, or error-free.

Organizers remain responsible for reviewing their own event and seating information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeatHere will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

This includes losses arising from incorrect seating information, unavailable event pages, lost event data, missed communications, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SeatHere may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, abuse, unlawful activity, repeated violations of these terms, or risks to the service or its users.

SeatHere may also discontinue the service or parts of it in the future.

These Terms of Use may be updated as SeatHere changes.

When material updates are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated.
